**Here4You Transportation Services Cancellation Policy**

Purpose: 

This Cancellation Policy is designed to provide clear guidelines for clients regarding the cancellation of non-emergency transportation services. The goal is to ensure fair and consistent treatment for all clients while maintaining operational efficiency.

1. General Cancellation Terms

 

- Notice Period: Clients are required to provide notice of cancellation at least [24/48] hours prior to the scheduled transportation time. Cancellations made within [24/48] hours of the scheduled service may be subject to cancellation fees.

 

- Cancellation Fees: A cancellation fee of [$XX] will be applied for cancellations made less than [24/48] hours before the scheduled pick-up time. This fee helps cover the costs associated with scheduling and reserving the vehicle.

- By Email: Send an email to Ea@h4urides.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request." Include your reservation number, pick-up details, and reason for cancellation.

 

- Online: If available, use our online cancellation form at www.h4urides.com to submit your cancellation request.

3. Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy

 

- Medical Emergencies: Cancellations due to medical emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Proof of emergency may be required.

 

- Company Error: If a cancellation is necessary due to an error on our part, such as scheduling mistakes or vehicle issues, no cancellation fee will be charged.

4. Refunds

 

- Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for a service and cancel within the allowed time frame, you will be issued a full refund, less any applicable fees. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

 

- No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for the scheduled service and does not provide notice, the full-service fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

5. Re-Scheduling

 

-  Re-Scheduling Policy: Clients who need to reschedule their transportation should follow the same procedures as for cancellation. Please provide notice at least [24/48] hours before the original scheduled time. Re-scheduling is subject to availability.

 

- Fee for Re-Scheduling: Re-scheduling requests made less than [24/48] hours before the original service time may incur a fee of $35, depending on availability and the nature of the request.
